What is happening is they are did not mean to go into the full rebuilding process, but injuries have put them there. They have stayed away from the rebuilding stage for awhile because they have made key trades and signings every year. This last off-season they did no such, while losing their lead scorer to free agency. Add the major injuries; and you find yourself in the rebuilding process.
