Do the points mean anything in this game, and past rankings seem to change as the next week comes?

Pro Football Frenzy works like this:

1. It is a weekly challenge so everything is reset week to week.  
2. Points are what you earn for getting games right.  The more points you earn the higher you will be on the leaderboard. 
3. The Leaderboard pays out Coins which you can exchange for real money in the cashier.

My question now is, in wk 8 it says I won 3 coins, didn't recieve anything, in week 7 it said I won I think 37 or so (now it says 250,but I assume thats wrong) and didn't recieve anything.

When I checked earlier, this week hadn't paid out yet ... not sure about week before though.

Right now we have an issue with Pro Football Frenzy.  If you look at the leaderboard for week 7 it has everyone getting the same amount of coins regardless of points.  This is obviously wrong and because of this we are unable to complete week 8.  We are working on it and will have it fixed soon.
