As, why are all the important threads: "locked"? For one the 100 coin Messenger thread is locked and you cant reply. For the recorded, I contacted InsideNationVIP@yahoo.com via YIM, hopefully Ill get my 100 coins.
 
Also, if birdman is an admin/site staff, why was he on the list of ones who recently recieved a $100 cashout??

When does cashier Store RESET/Refresh, also, usually how many slots are availalble for each cashout amount each time?

As for the 100 Coins for Messengers its locked but this promotion is currently on hold as we are not giving the 100 Coins anymore (for the moment)

It reset every Mondays.
