Cam Newton; Talented? Yes. Humble???
So the Heisman Trophy winning National Champion had some thoughts that he had to share with the media. What was the topic, you ask? Cam Newton. The quarterback is flying up mock drafts and if he does what we know he can do there's no way that he'll fall out of the top 5 picks... Anyway I did have a point to this story. Cam was talking about Cam and explained with humility that he sees himself as an "entertainer and icon."

Newton is known as a dual threat QB, he can run and pass. Well, he is also a dual threat when it comes to self-promotion. He told Peter King in an interview that he was an Icon, yes. But that wasn't enough so he took to every athletes best friend, Twitter. He tweeted that he didn't want to sound arrogant but he accomplished more in one season than other players did in 4 years.
