Is anyone watching?
With the NBA playoffs off and running and the start of baseball season the NHL has been left in the dust once again.  I can't believe that they can't even get some of their playoff games on national T.V. during the week.  That is how bad hockey has become.  They need to change things up.  I am not sure how but they need to.  If baseball the most boring sport alive can thrive hockey sure can.  Would love to know your thoughts on hockey and what can be done.

Well personally here in Canada ... hockey lives strong and got every playoffs game on like 3-4 differents channels but it's been a couples of years hockey is less and less watched in the USA they have tried multiple thing but so far seems like they need to do more and honestly... I really don't know what they could do but pretty sure they will figure it out :)

actually, in here, quebec, we get all matches that are played in the league, from east to west. This roxs. If there's a thing I don't really like with hockey, it's odds... that are most of the time so low for both team... It'd be nice to have 4-1 sometimes, just like in baseball or basketball

But that's only my opinion :)

Live in Canada as well and am a huge hockey fan.  I dont know what the NHL can do to make hockey bigger in the states.  In Canada it's great, hockey night in Canada every Saturday night on CBC, double header.  Every Canadian team sells out pretty well every single hockey game.....Most teams can't get 75% of there building full, with a fewww exceptions in usa....I don't understand why.  the nhl needs major changes, and not to the rules.....and they definitely need more televised games.
