General Rules

The PICKS WEEKLY CHALLENGE, brought to you by InsideNation, is subject to the terms and conditions below. No purchase is necessary to participate or win any prizes. Void where prohibited. The odds of winning any prize depend, in part, on the number of entrants.

How It Works

Every Monday at 00:00 EST, a new Challenge begins. Every member will get 1,000 Points. Each additional day, as long as the member has made a minimum of one pick for the current week, the member will get an additional 250 Points. Administration will provide many events available for the wagering of members' Points. Each event available will have at least two options, and each option will have payout odds listed. Each member may place wagers on any open event for the week. Picking correctly will result in a payoff equal to the wagered amount of Points multiplied by the payoff odds.

Each Challenge will run from Monday at 00:00 EST to Sunday at 11:59 EST. All events will be closed from accepting new wagers 5 minutes before their scheduled start time. Picks Premier members will be automatically enrolled in all PREMIER LEADERBOARDS. Picks Basic members will be auto enrolled into all BASIC LEADERBOARDS, but will NOT be enrolled into PREMIER LEADERBOARDS.

How To Register

All InsideNation.com members are eligible to participate in all Picks Weekly Challenges. In order to register, simply make at least ONE pick for the current week. Once the game is complete and results are posted, you will see yourself on the Basic Leaderboard.

In order to enroll in the Premier Leaderboard, you must upgrade to a Picks Premier membership. There is no purchase necessary to win cash or prizes.

Prizes

All prizes will be awarded within 48 hours of the completion of any Leaderboard. Since the Challenges run until Sunday night of each week, final results will be posted and rankings will be completed by the following Tuesday at 00:00 EST. By this time, all prizes will be awarded to the winners via our internal PRIZE system, which you can view in your MY NATION page. In general, all PREMIER Leaderboards will have prizes that have a Cash Value, in addition to Nib prizes. These prizes will be listed on the Premier Leaderboard page for the duration of the Challenge. Probability of winning any PREMIER event depends largely on the number of active participants. All BASIC Leaderboards will have Nib prizes only.

Conditions of Participation

In order to participate, you must have only ONE InsideNation.com account. If we have any evidence that leads us to believe you have multiple accounts in an effort to increase your odds of winning, any participation will become instantly null and void.

Likewise, in order to win ANY prize, you must enter your accurate personal information (name, address, phone number) in your InsideNation account. We will verify this information before awarding any prize. This is to protect the integrity of our Challenges.

Internet

Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the game process. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law.

Please Note

• Every week, all members start from the same place with 1,000 Points. Every member will receive an additional 250 Points each day at 00:00, provided they have made a minimum of one pick for the current week


• Currently, all cash prizes will be paid via corporate cheque and mailed via standard global mail. We will likely add more payout methods in the near future.


• In the event of a tie between members, any prize will be split evenly between the two members. If the prize cannot be split, a random drawing will be held to determine the prize winner.


• All members are limited to winning 2 shirts and two hats per calendar year between all Challenges on InsideNation.


• You must verify that you are at least 18 year old to be eligible for any prize.
